If I had an ep-3 I wouldn't have bought the e-pm1, the slow focus of the e-p1 was driving me bats. The size of the emp1 is nice, might think different if I had big hands, it's surprisingly balanced with the bigger 25mm on top, and (just) fits in a baggy trouser pocket with the 20mm attached. The screen is pretty bad and the lack of mode dial is a bummer. I added a Richard Freniac grip to counter the slippery surface, it works really well, it makes a big difference. I use a wrist strap (a Wii strap actually) as well.
Overall, I very much like the size of the epm1 but there's a big trade off in usability. If I had an ep3 like you I would have rather spent the money on an Air Asia ticket instead.
The epl3 is better but the epm1 was $200 cheaper, it was a bit of an impulse buy. The epm1 does raw but I'm never bothered with it. I've learnt to work around the lack of mode dial by using the Ps mode, can't believe it took me two years to find it, it's brilliant.
